Our Principal Consultant, Dr. Intan Soraya Rosdi, had served as an HR professional in multinational and government-linked corporations before pursuing her PhD in strategic HR and innovation. Based on her interest in management of human behaviour in organisations, she conducted her doctoral research on successful and innovative organisations in Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor, analysing how their HR practices had successfully produced innovative work behaviour among employees. She had led 2 research projects with national research grants awarded by the Malaysian Government analysing strategic HR, knowledge management, and innovation in Malaysian organisations.
Vested with nearly 10 years HR industry experience and 18 years experience in HR and organisational behaviour research, she continues to engage in training and management consulting projects with both public and private sector organisations under MyExpert Lab. Dr. Intan Soraya is also an accredited Trainer under HRDC and a certified team-based learning facilitator. She is an ardent believer in the importance of individual development and passion for continuous improvement, powered by a collaborative work culture in riding any wave of technology and workplace changes of the future.

Experience includes strategic rewards management, industrial and employee relations, international employee mobility, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Last position was VP HR with a multinational conglomerate, managing HR operations for their Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and UAE offices.

A global learning and development specialist in various industries including oil & gas, engineering, stockbroking, shipping & logistics, and banking & insurance. Conducted training programmes for over 1,000 employees in Malaysia, Singapore, Mumbai, Jakarta, Dubai, USA, UK, Australia, Thailand, and Turkmenistan. Also a Solutions-Focused Coach certified by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification and a Certified Professional Coach under the International Coaching Federation.

An HR professional with more than 25 years experience in managing the full spectrum of operational human resource functions in various industries such as education, professional services, manufacturing, and retail. A certified HRDF trainer and SME coach specialising in HR capacity building.
Suhaini Kasmuri
A Chartered Accountant and business controller with over 2 decades of extensive experience in strategic planning and organisational performance management, corporate accounting and finance, procurement management, legal, and quality management. Has held several key senior management level positions including Chief Financial Officer of several companies in the Telecommunications sector. Highly experienced in corporate exercises including merger and acquisitions, due diligence reviews, and restructuring of companies. Highest achievement includes helping to grow a medium sized organization from RM50 million to RM250 million turnover over a period of 10 years. Currently an HRDC-accredited trainer, having trained hundreds of representatives from large and medium sized organisations.
Johari Ramli
Possesses over 20 years of experience in various aspects of human resources, encompassing industrial relations, union relations, training and development, and HR operations. Expertise includes managing HR for organisational rightsizing, conducting labour and employment-related training, managing performance and disciplinary matters, drafting HR policies and procedures, and leveraging Human Resource Information Systems. Dr. Zainal Abu Zarim
A PhD holder in Organisation and Leadership Development with more than 32 years' HR experience particularly in leadership development, focusing on competency and organisational development. Last position was VP, Group Human Capital Management, Telekom Malaysia. His learning programme was conferred the ‘Best Learning Programme and Behavioural Change Programme’ award by the World HRD and World Education Congress in 2012. Also a certified job evaluator, IMD Leadership Development Expert, business coach, HRDF-certified trainer, competency assessor, and Organisational Development (OD) expert.
Dr. Aliza Akmar Omar
Expert researcher with close to 25 years experience as a Senior Academic in Multimedia University (MMU), Cyberjaya, handling research projects under the Centre for Knowledge and Innovation Management. Has a PhD in Management (Strategy & Innovation) and an MSc in Accounting & Finance. Last position was Head of Consulting Projects with MMU Business School, serving clients such as Khazanah Nasional, TM Berhad, Malaysia Airlines Berhad, Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission, and UOB Bank. Also a Stanford University certified Design Thinking Specialist and HRDF-certified trainer.

Specialises in data analysis and establishment of digital platforms and tools for effective programme management. HRDF- certified trainer active in technical and soft skill training for organisations in the public and private sectors.
