Has held several key senior management-level positions, including Chief Financial Officer of several companies in the Telecommunications sector. Highly experienced in corporate exercises, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews, and the restructuring of companies. Currently an HRDC-accredited trainer, having trained hundreds of representatives from large and medium-sized organisations.

Last position was VP, Group Human Capital Management, Telekom Malaysia. His learning programme was conferred the ‘Best Learning Programme and Behavioural Change Programme’ award by the World HRD and World Education Congress in 2012. Also a certified job evaluator, IMD Leadership Development Expert, business coach, HRDF-certified trainer, competency assessor, and Organisational Development (OD) expert.
